These Terms of Service explain the rules, billing terms, acceptable use, and legal framework for using Armac.
Welcome to Armac, a suite of tools created by Flynch MB ("Flynch," "we," or "us") to help you design, iterate, and launch AI-generated photos and videos. By accessing or using the Armac mobile applications, web experience, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Armac provides a creative environment that transforms prompts, reference media, and other inputs into synthetic visual content using advanced artificial intelligence models. The Service may include experimental features, beta releases, and integrations with third-party platforms for storage, publishing, or collaboration.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an Armac account. For users in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old unless a lower age is permitted by local law. You are responsible for:
You retain all rights to prompts, text, audio, video, photographs, and other assets you upload to the Service ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant Flynch a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, process, reproduce, and display the Inputs solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
Outputs produced by the Service ("Outputs") may be influenced by training data, model limitations, and user instructions. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Flynch assigns to you any rights it may have in the Outputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Outputs and your use of them comply with all applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies.

Armac offers subscription plans and metered usage tiers described in the applicable app marketplace or purchase flow. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and payment is charged to the payment method on file.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store, billed by Apple, and subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly through your Apple ID account. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
We may provide promotional trials, credits, or Beta features with usage caps. We reserve the right to modify or revoke these benefits at any time. Credits and trial access have no cash value and expire as stated in the offer.
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in the Armac Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
We aim to keep Armac running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur. We may release updates or modifications that change how features work. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service. Support is available via hello@theflynch.com.
Armac is distributed through the Apple App Store and relies on third-party providers — including the Google Gemini API for AI generation — to operate. Your use of the Service is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and to the policies of any provider we use to deliver the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability or behavior.
Armac, including its software, models, visual identity, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Flynch or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or model weights, nor may you remove proprietary notices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FLYNCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ACCURATE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USE OF THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYNCH AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FLYNCH FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flynch and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your Inputs, Outputs, or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, legal requirements, or usage policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant app marketplace. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 5, 11, 13, 14, and 15.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. Where prohibited by law, mandatory consumer protection rights supersede this clause.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or our business. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email, in-product messaging, or by posting an update on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
