This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Armac collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Thank you for choosing Armac. Protecting your privacy and the trust you place in Flynch MB ("Flynch," "we," or "us") is central to how we design and operate our photo and video generation tools. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Armac Terms of Service.
When you create or manage an account, we collect:
To operate the Service, we process the photos and videos you upload or capture, the prompts and descriptions you write, and the AI-generated media we return to you. We store this content in your Armac account so that you can view it in your gallery, reuse it, and download it.
How AI generation works. When you submit a photo or a prompt, the photo and prompt are sent from your device to our backend (operated by Convex, Inc., USA) and then forwarded to a third-party AI service provider that performs image or video generation on our behalf:
Face data. If a photo you upload includes a face, the visible face information in that photo is processed only to generate or edit the AI photo or video you have requested. Armac does not use face data to identify, authenticate, track, or profile you, and we do not create biometric identifiers, faceprints, or face templates. We do not sell face data and we do not share it for advertising.
What we do not do. We do not use your photos or prompts to train our own AI models. We do not use your photos or prompts for advertising. We do not sell your photos or prompts.
Retention. Photos, prompts, and generated results are retained in your Armac account until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete any item at any time from your gallery, and you can delete your Armac account from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes all photos, prompts, and generated results associated with your account, generally within 24 hours. After generation, fal.ai and its upstream model providers may retain inputs for a limited period as required to provide the service, in accordance with their own retention policies; we do not control those practices. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting hello@theflynch.com.
We automatically collect technical data when you access the Service, including:

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@theflynch.com.

No online service is completely secure; please use strong passwords, keep your software updated, and notify us immediately of suspected account compromise.
